If we put bits into the mouths of horses so that they obey us, we guide their whole bodies as well. Peter 3:3
Rob and Deborah Roebuck, Owners
strive to foster a family atmosphere where boarders can relax and enjoy
the peaceful, laid back feel of the farm…whether they are training for a
show or just relaxing with their horse. Show Me Farm North is a
place where both horse and rider feel at home.
Trainer and Coach
Hailing from Louisiana, Kayla has been teaching and coaching
for the past 5 years in the metro-Atlanta area. Kayla’s love of horses began as a child. When she told her Mom she wanted riding
lessons, Mom said, “Let’s wait a year and see if you still want to ride at that
time.” Well, of course she did and so began her journey of horses and riding. To afford her lessons, she learned to clean a
stall and help at the barn, which she did until she graduated from high
school. Upon graduation, she worked as a
groom and traveled extensively on the show circuit.
Kayla became interested in learning more about horse breeding
and sought employment at a breeding farm where she developed proficiency in
breeding and starting young horses. Kayla’s background is diverse in both the
hunter and western disciplines including expertise in hunters, jumpers,
equitation, barrels/poles, reining, and ranch riding.
To encourage and advance her students, Kayla focuses on
continuous learning. She desires to
educate and train well-rounded, confident and skilled riders who have the
knowledge, competence and tools they need to achieve their goals.
